Based in New York, Stefan contributes to SustainAbility’s projects across a range of clients in the food and agriculture, finance and pharmaceutical sectors by supporting businesses to identify and analyze material sustainability issues, benchmark performance and develop strategy and targets for sustainability.
His portfolio includes Keurig Dr Pepper, Brown-Forman and ReFED, a non-profit dedicated to reducing food waste, as well as a number of well-known confidential clients.
Stefan brings with him experience in food and agriculture, climate change, renewable energy and water issues. Before joining SustainAbility, Stefan advised leading farming and food businesses in the UK on a range of sustainability issues at the CLA, a non-profit membership organization for landowning businesses. During this time he also helped design and advocate for post-Brexit agriculture policy reform to create a market for beneficial environmental practices in England and Wales.
Stefan speaks Spanish fluently and is proficient in Portuguese. He holds a BBA in International Business from the George Washington University and a MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
