Ross is an Associate Partner for the Marine Renewables & Infrastructure team at ERM, working on a range of renewable energy capital projects within Ireland, and globally. With 10 years’ experience in renewable energy, offshore wind energy and marine, Ross has an expert knowledge of relevant policies, departmental structures and market trends relating to consenting in Ireland with his main areas of expertise focussed on EIA project management and project development. Ross utilizes his practical experiences and understanding of infrastructure developments to strategically support clients with the associated challenges they face.

Jonny is an experienced marine environmental consultant with over 25 yrs professional experience. He specialises in supporting marine development, having managed and contributed to EIA work for major port and harbour developments, coastal defence schemes, marine aggregate extraction and offshore wind, wave and tidal energy projects. 

Jonny has particular knowledge of offshore renewable sector via his work in the last 20 years on a range of projects from Rd1, Rd2, Rd3, Rd4, ScotWind, INTOG, Irish offshore wind developments, FLOW projects in the Celtic Sea and wave and tidal energy schemes.  

He acted as EIA Project Director for Project Erebus, which in 2023, became the first fully consented FLOW project in Welsh waters. 

He has expertise in EIA, HRA, Stakeholder Engagement, Commercial Fisheries, Marine Ecology, Fish Ecology and Cumulative Impact Assessment. 

Breanne is a Partner in ERM’s Renewables Practice, with a passion for the wind industry. She has 20 years of experience across the European Union, North America, and Asia where she has worked in industry, not-for-profit, and consulting organizations.Breanne has supported wind project development through new market entry and feasibility studies, offshore wind bid support, supply chain strategy, offshore floating lidar surveys, large contract negotiations, and measurement campaign design. Her clients include offshore wind developers and operators, governmental agencies, wind associations, and the highly sought-after wind supply chain. Prior to joining ERM, Breanne managed large offshore wind floating LiDAR projects globally and contributed to the development of floating LiDAR standards and commercial acceptance of the technology. She is the Partner-in-Charge of an ERM joint industry project focused on studying data from multiple floating LiDAR campaigns to reduce measurement campaign uncertainties and improve project financing and investment returns. Breanne possesses skills in project and account management, leading large and diverse project teams, and supporting the commercial acceptance of new innovations and participants in the wind supply chain.

Huw has a scientific background with a PhD in coastal processes from Southampton, but has spent most of his career in commercial roles supporting marine infrastructure developments across sectors such as LNG, O&G production and, over the last 20 years, offshore wind. Huw has held roles with Cefas, that of executive director of an offshore survey consultancy undertaking site surveys for array and export cable characterisations, a period with Orsted as Head of UK Environment and Consents and, more recently, as a Partner with ERM providing environmental and sustainability expertise to offshore wind developers and operators. 

Huw is a highly experienced marine industry leader offering a wide range of business expertise drawn from offshore wind and other markets: strategic planning, P&L responsibility, implementing business development and growth initiatives, contractual risk management, with a proven ability to create value through internal & external relationships, to lead change, and develop talent. 

Huw is responsible for ERM's offshore wind growth strategy in EMEA.
