As an associate Zoë specializes in sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement and storytelling and is involved in delivering SustainAbility’s quarterly digital magazine Radar.

She was director of communications and CSR at BT Retail and the CEO’s representative on the pan-BT Climate Change and Environment Taskforce.

She secured a more responsible business strategy which included the introduction of energy efficient phones, increased paperless billing, new and refocused NGO partnerships, and more employee involvement.

With her consultancy Connected Comms and as director of sustainability at MSL Group, she supported a variety of organisations including Business in the Community, The Prince’s Countryside Fund, house builders Berkeley Group and global think tank New Cities Foundation. She was the Managing Director of PR consultancies The Weber Group and GolinHarris, and VP of San Francisco-based Access Communications, where her long-standing client was Apple Computer.

She also has a Masters in Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge University and has interviewed dozens of business leaders for research papers on topics including leadership and collaborative consumption and advised social enterprise The People Who Share.
